WHO WE ARE
We are Orientation Durable, a french recruitment agency dedicated to positions in NGOs and the social economy.
Since our creation over ten years ago, we have carried out over a thousand recruitments for Amnesty International, Oxfam, Restaurants du Coeur, Médecins Sans Frontières or Greenpeace.
We are currently preparing the launch of a five-continent recruitment offer, which we will be proposing to our Ngos und Fundations customers in 2025.
THE MISSION
This is a short-term freelance mission, typically lasting a few days per continent. Payment will be made in euros. The task involves identifying and documenting online platforms on a specific continent where NGO job advertisements can be effectively posted.
The idea is simple: NGO and Foundation positions are increasingly filled globally, and we aim to make the recruitment process as open and accessible as possible.
Our goal is to ensure job opportunities reach beyond alumni from a few universities in a few countries to a much wider audience, including platforms such as activist mailing lists, alumni pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant websites.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- A curated list of websites and other relevant distribution channels.
- Detailed comments on the suitability and effectiveness of each platform.
PROFILES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for students or professionals with experience in compiling and organizing data from various online sources.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the labor market within universities, networks, and workspaces, and be familiar with how these platforms operate.
The candidate should be able to identify suitable spaces for posting NGO job offers, such as job portals, university websites, Facebook pages, and activist sites.
The final deliverable for this mission will be a list of universities, institutions, NGOs, job boards, and similar platforms, along with their contact emails, to post job opportunities for professionals interested in international positions.
(And to communicate with us, candidates must have a good level of English or French).
IMPORTANT NOTE ON PLANNING :
We will get back to 100 % of applicants, but due to the geographical complexity of the assignment, our selection process will be extended over the whole of 2025.
