We are Orientation Durable, a recruitment firm exclusively dedicated to organizations within the social and solidarity economy.

Since our creation, we have carried out just over a thousand recruitment assignments and HR advisory missions for actors committed to the common good, including some of the most renowned: Amnesty International, Oxfam, Caritas, WWF, and Greenpeace.

These names are prestigious, but a company’s values lie elsewhere than in its client list.
They exist only through what makes that company unique — what no competitor could claim. By that measure, we have just one: choosing humanity.

Today, many recruitment agencies rely heavily on AI-driven solutions.

This choice to replace human work with automated systems undeniably allows for greater profit, but it does not allow recruitment to achieve its true purpose: never settling for candidates who merely accept all aspects of a position, but finding those for whom the various dimensions of a role genuinely fit — connecting employers with the people most likely to thrive.

This is why our work relies on two groups of people:

Our project managers, who bring an average of 15 years of experience and 4 years of tenure with us. They have dealt with every situation the social and solidarity sector can generate in terms of management: Codir–Board dynamics, team misunderstandings, and more.

A community of more than fifty thousand employees and candidates from the social and solidarity sector, all subscribed to our newsletter. They provide us with valuable insights into the job market and their expectations, allowing continuous testing, feedback, and dialogue to better understand what they need.

This expertise gives us a unique understanding of the skill landscape within the job market dedicated to the common good — a knowledge built on human insight.

Our development in the years to come will remain faithful to this philosophy.
